Dan
Jenkins has applied the Cognitive Work Analysis framework in a number
of complex sociotechnical domains. He has used this experience to
further develop the framework, leading to the development of the CWA
software tool. Dan Graduated from Brunel University in 2004 with an
M.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Design. He now works as a
research fellow and is in the final stages of completing a PhD
related to CWA
